My Story
My health and weight loss journey began in 2021, when I hit a breaking point and decided to take my life—and my habits—back into my own hands. I had just been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, and it felt like a line in the sand. I had struggled with my weight since childhood, but at that point, things were spiraling. My habits were getting worse, not better. My sugar addiction was out of control, and I barely recognized myself—physically or emotionally.

Almost 75 pounds down, I’m still on the path, but I’m a different person than I was when I started: more disciplined, more self-aware, and more grounded.

I first began sharing my story on YouTube to hold myself accountable, but over time, it turned into something bigger: a space for honest conversations, imperfect progress, and quiet victories. Along the way, I also earned my NASM Nutrition Certification, deepening my understanding of how food, movement, and mindset work together.
